THE ANNUAL TABLE TENNIS
EXTRAVAGANZA
The WTTC Finals play a significant role in
promoting table tennis worldwide. The event
attracts extensive media coverage, bringing the
sport to millions of viewers across the globe. This
visibility helps to inspire new generations of players
and fans, contributing to the growth of table
tennis in regions where it might not yet be wellestablished.

Phase 1: Interest phase

Interested bidders should review the relevant documents.

Phase 2: Site Visit & Dialogue
[1 January 2025 - 28 February 2025]

ITTF will release by 1 January 2025 a shortlist of bidders and the requirements and other resources only to bidders that were selected.

1January 2024 - 28 February 2025: The ITTF Officials and Staff will conduct the evaluation and inspections.​

Phase 3: Final Bid phase
[1 January 2025 - 31 March 2025]

1 January 2024 - 31 March 2025:: Final bid documents need to be provided from the bidders that were selected.

AGM 2025: During the ITTF AGM 2025, voting delegates will vote to award the hosting rights of the Events.
