Held annually since 1980, the ITTF World Cups is the second most prestigious event after the World Championships and is contested by 20 of the best players' in the world, qualifying from their respective Continental Cups.
The 2018 Men's and Women's World Cup was broadcasted for more than 500 hours globally in a span of 3 days, attracting a total of 132,000 audiences worldwide. The 2 events were also seen more than 14 million times across ITTF Social Media, and reached a total of 8.4 miliion people.
