ABOUT THE ITTF WORLD VETERANS TOUR

The ITTF World Veterans Tour aims to capture the growing interest of the veteran players towards the sport by providing a series of professionally organized events worldwide.

The Tour will consist of several accessible events organized in all continents, with the emphasis on the mass participation events and centralized online system that will result into a total integration of its members as part of the veteran players community.

AGE CATEGORIES

  • 40 - 49 years old

  • 50 - 59 years old

  • 60 - 64 years old

  • 65 - 69 years old

  • 70 - 74 years old

  • 75 - 79 years old

  • 80 and over

EVENT CATEGORIES

The competition format will be similar to the World Veterans
Championships, with round robin and single-elimination stages

  • Men's & Women's Singles

  • Men's & Women's Open Singles - Competition for all age categories 

  • Men's & Women's Champion of Champions

PROFESSIONAL PLATFORM WITH

FULLY INTEGRATED IT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The ITTF Veterans World Tour will be run on a professional platform supported by a fully integrated IT Management System:

  • Competition Management Software

        The ITTF World Veterans Tour will run using a Competition Management Software that include functions related to seeding,

        draws, tournament and results management and its implementation is a requirement for each event as part of the World

        Veterans Tour.

  • Unique ID Number

        Each participant who have registered and competed in one of the ITTF World Veterans Tour events will be given a unique ID

        number.

  • World Ranking System

        A World Ranking system with regular ranking lists for each age category (singles only).

  • Member Activation Function

        Registered players who wish to register for an event can submit their registrations & make payments directly through the

        Member Activation Function in the system.​
