  • 85 - 89 years old

  • 90 and over

Venue

  • Main Hall

    • Up to 150 playing areas  (10m x 5m each​)

    • For the Finals: 9 to 18 playing areas (12m X 16m each)

  • Training Hall​

    • Up to 100 tables​

  • High-traffic Exhibition area for spectators, exhibitors and sponsors.

  • Player facilities including Seats, Lounges, Medical, massage and first aid services, and Changing Rooms.

  • VIP facilities including Seats and Lounges.

  • Administrative facilities including Meeting Rooms, Seats, ITTF and SCI offices, Umpire Lounges, Official Lounges, Call-Area and ITTF Competition.

  • Media facilities including Seats, Press Room and Press Conference.

  • Sufficient Internet and other IT services, including support for ITTF’s Result Management System.

Hospitality

  • Should have available 3 to 4 stars hotel options, including transportation and catering.

  • Hospitality and transport for players, officials, sponsors and other partners.

Media & Marketing​

  • Media requirements as outlined in the WVC Directives, to ensure the best conditions of media.

  • All Sponsorship agreements signed by the ITTF shall be upheld by the organisers.

  • VIP services shall be implemented as per the WVC Directives.

Functions & Services

  • The organisers shall provide players with high level of service, according to WVC Directives.

  • ITTF and organisers must conduct Racket Testing, according to the rules and regulations of ITTF.

  • Organisers must ensure that medical services will be available throughout the WVC, in accordance with WVC Directives.

Referees and Umpires

  • The organisers and ITTF will invite national and foreign Referees and Umpires for the WVC Competition Stage and the Finals of the Consolation Stage.

  • Minimum: Up to 150 Umpires. 1 Referee and up to 8 Deputy Referees.
